My name is Rachel Steveson, and I am the founder of Lily’s Mobile Bartending. I am a married woman with a passion for serving others in ways that are meaningful, dependable, and often overlooked.

When I married my husband in 2021, I took on much of the responsibility of planning our wedding myself, with the support of my family. While the experience was rewarding, it was also far more demanding than I anticipated. Managing countless details, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything ran smoothly created stress that followed us right up to our wedding day.

On the day of our celebration, my friends, family, and I found ourselves focused on serving guests rather than fully enjoying the moment. While everything ultimately came together beautifully, it became clear in hindsight that certain responsibilities could, and should, have been entrusted to professionals. If there is one decision I could have changed, it would be hiring a dedicated bartending service.
That realization stayed with me. At the end of any event, what remains are the memories shared and the moments captured. Those moments deserve to be experienced fully and without unnecessary worry. This understanding is what led me to establish Lily’s Mobile Bartending.
